Heartfelt guidance
My classes aim to be clear, calm, and gently strengthening. I care about helping students feel safe enough to explore while still being supported by structure.
About Me
I love creating a space where you can return to breath, steadiness, and your own life force.
TatTwamAsi is the shape this path has taken for me: a home for yoga, teaching, writing, and the quieter forms of self-study that help life feel more connected from the inside out.
My Journey
I have been on this path for 9 years, with Hatha Yoga at the heart of my practice and teaching. For me, yoga brings together asana, pranayama, and meditation in a way that supports the whole person. I see the body as an extension of the mind, and I keep returning to how the way we breathe, hold, soften, and receive on the mat mirrors how we move through life.
My connection to yoga began in childhood, when I first learned asana from an elderly teacher whose presence carried both rigor and grace. That experience sparked a lasting curiosity about the deeper effects of practice, the search for balance, and the way yoga shapes our inner life.
Over time, this path has become a way of refining awareness, deepening wisdom, and cultivating the skillful mental qualities that help us live with clarity, steadiness, and meaning. In 2023, I began sharing this practice more openly with the community by offering Summer Beach yoga sessions at no cost, creating a warm and welcoming space where people could gather, breathe, and experience yoga by the sea.
My Yogic Life
In 2017, I graduated from the RYT200 Teacher Training at a1000 Yoga Institute in Bangalore, India, an experience that gave strong shape to my path as both a student and a teacher. The training strengthened my foundation in practice while helping me understand yoga as something to be lived with sincerity, steadiness, and care.

How I Teach
I want practice to feel supportive without becoming vague, and challenging without becoming performative. The room I try to create is one where breath, clarity, and trust can work together.
My classes aim to be clear, calm, and gently strengthening. I care about helping students feel safe enough to explore while still being supported by structure.
I love sharing reflections and small pieces of wisdom that can travel home with you, so practice continues in the way you breathe, decide, rest, and relate.
Whether online or in person, I want each session to feel like a return to something essential: more ease, more clarity, and a stronger connection to your own inner rhythm.
